Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373) — Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 22, 2026

This policy describes how AIM Lift collects, uses, and shares consumer health data, as required by the Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373).

Categories of consumer health data collected: exercise and workout data (exercises performed, sets, reps, weight lifted, recorded times of duration-based exercises, workout duration), and any and all information you choose to include in free-text fields, which may include health-related information. Free-text fields include but are not limited to workout names and notes, notes on exercises within a recorded workout, routine names and notes, split names, custom exercise names and descriptions, and your profile display name.

Source of consumer health data: collected directly from you, through your use of the app.

Purpose of collection: to provide the app’s core tracking and cloud sync functionality.

Third parties we share data with: Firebase (Google Cloud) — used for account authentication, data storage and sync, analytics, and crash reporting. No other third party receives your data.

We do not sell consumer health data.

Data retention: retained until account deletion; see our account deletion process.

Your rights: you may withdraw consent by signing out or by deleting your account in-app, and/or by contacting app-support@aimdevlabs.com. You may request deletion of your consumer health data by deleting your account in-app and/or by contacting app-support@aimdevlabs.com. Signing out stops further collection but does not delete data already collected; deleting your account does.
