Delete Your AIM Lift Account

You can delete your AIM Lift account and all associated data at any time, directly from within the App.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open AIM Lift.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Account.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion.

The 30-Day Window

Deleting your account signs you out immediately, but there is a 30-day window before anything is actually removed. During that time, nothing is deleted — your data stays exactly as it was, and signing back in undoes the deletion automatically. Once the 30 days pass, deletion is final: every piece of data tied to your account is erased from our systems, not just hidden or archived, and you’d need to create a new account to use AIM Lift again.

What Gets Deleted

Once the 30-day window passes, deleting your account permanently removes all of your data, with nothing retained:

• Your account credentials and sign-in information
• All workouts and workout history
• Routines
• Splits
• Custom exercises
• Settings and preferences
• …and any other data associated with your account

This is a full cascade deletion — every piece of data tied to your account is removed from our systems, not just hidden or archived.

Want It Gone Immediately?

The 30-day window is a safety precaution. If you simply must have all of your data gone from existence before the 30 days pass, do not hesitate to send an email to app-support@aimdevlabs.com. I would be happy to assist you in this process, including providing every possible assurance that it was completed successfully.
